| Review: | No customer support The features and the hosting is adequate, but customer support is awful. They take forever to answer support tickets, and even longer to fix problems. I have experienced numerous occassions when the servers have been down. I currently have a support ticket which they "escalated" almost 1 week ago to fix a problem their end, and I am still waiting for a reply, let alone a solution. The ticket is 10 days old at the time of this writing - unnacceptable in my opinion. If you need any kind of customer support, I would recommend looking elsewhere. Comments [ 0 ] |
